Hello, I am
Jillian Wurmlinger
Since I was young, I have always been passionate about cartoons and animated features. The small hidden details in a film or franchise and the way bringing an animated story to life combines so many talents and dedication feels other-worldly. That's part of what brought me from my hometown of Post Falls, Idaho to Northern Michigan University in Marquette, where I received my bachelor of science degree in media production and computer art.
Through my coursework, I've spent a lot of time honing my skills in computer art, which I'd consider to be my main focus and passion and includes 2D graphic and 3D animation, post production, video editing, and rendering. In the future, I strive to reach the same level of mastery with 2D digital animation.
I do my modeling and 3D animation in Cinema 4D, and post production is worked on through the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.

Since graduating in 2021, I've been a full-time technical media producer at WLUC TV6 and FOXUP, a television broadcasting station in Marquette. But in my off-time I am always honing and developing my artistic skills and am eagerly seeking any opportunities to dive into the world of art and editing.
